As the Rappahannock River Easement gets ready for its vote, I could not resist making another cartoon about the issue.  The animation is rather limited because I had to move fast, but I was able to use the ToonBoom product, SOLO, which is a "higher end" tool.  I expect this 30-second spot will have very limited exposure… oh, well.  It was fun making it, anyway!
